These activities give you the opportunity to keep up your passions from home, try new things, and never be bored.
Our sports program
Sports at CATS Academy will help keep you active and healthy while enhancing your leadership and team building skills, and giving you the opportunity to win awards or competitions! As associate members of the NEPSAC (New England Private School Athletic Commission) you can compete against other local schools in soccer, basketball, and volleyball and offer a range of different sports every year.
Sport clubs have included:
soccer, basketball, yoga, volleyball, spinning, crew, ultimate frisbee, rock climbing.
Art and music
If you are more interested in art and music, our offerings include creative and visual art electives, afterschool clubs, and related excursions. Visiting artists, collaborations, and field trips support this program. You can take advantage of the rich musical life in the Boston area with visits to and associations with area music industry programs including Northeastern University and Berklee College of Music. You can collaborate online with other schools here in the U.S. and abroad and have the opportunity to work with visiting guest artists.

Academic afterschool clubs
CATS Academy Boston also offers a number of clubs and electives that will challenge and develop your academic abilities. This will give you the opportunity to work with students from other schools in national competitions, taking part in the Model UN or entering national competitions as part of the DECA Club.

Our extensive social calendar includes evening activities at the dormitories as well as excursions on weekends so that you get the most from your experience studying in the U.S., and especially Boston. Previous excursions have ranged from cultural activities such as visiting museums and nearby historical towns to fun, social activities such as skiing, go karting and visiting amusement parks to musical or art-inspired activities such as visiting the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
