Student achieves place to study Law at top university following University Foundation Programme success
17 June 2019
Congratulations to Hana from Egypt, who is one of over 250 CATS University Foundation Programme students who recently received their results.
Hana has chosen to study Law at the University of Sheffield, a member of the Russell Group and also ranked 12 in the Times Higher Education University Ranking 2019. Hana will follow in the footsteps of her father who is also a lawyer.
Hana, CATS London student says:
“I chose CATS College because their University Foundation Programme is very high quality. I got offers to lots of universities including Sheffield - my dream university.”
Hana studied English Literature (A), Politics (A*) and Sociology (A*) on the one-year University Foundation Programme at CATS College London. The programme acts as a bridge from students’ high school education in their own country to university in the UK. In addition to developing English skills, students choose three subjects.
“I’ve always studied in international schools and the way they handle pressure here is a lot better than other schools I’ve been to. I am responsible for my work, and I have developed my time management skills, which just makes life easier, plus my teachers have been incredible. At CATS you’re in good hands.”
We wish Hana the best of luck for her future studies.
