CATS students secure offers at top 20 UK universities

With UCAS University applications closing on 29th January 2021, CATS students have excelled this year, receiving offers from a range of top UK universities, including the University of Cambridge, one of the most famous and highest ranked university in the world*.

CATS Colleges prides itself on offering students a high-quality British education, and the opportunity to progress onto a top university.  In 2021, our students have taken their first step on the ladder, by securing a record number of university offers. Students from over 50 countries including China, Ukraine, Vietnam, Russia and Nigeria, have successfully secured offers from top UK universities.** Impressively, 54% of students received an offer from a top 30 ranked UK university, while 46% of students received an offer from a top 20 ranked university.*

Furthermore, 62% of students have at least one university offer from a Russell Group (RG) University, with 52% of students having at least two different offers from RG universities. The RG includes universities such as Imperial College London and University of Liverpool and of course, University of Cambridge.

Top Student Offers

 

CATS Cambridge A-Level student, Tomasz Kinowski from Poland, has been offered an undergraduate place at the University of Cambridge to read Mathematics at Gonville & Caius College. Tomasz has shown outstanding potential since joining CATS in September 2019. He was awarded a Gold prize in the Cambridge Chemistry Olympiad and is a member of the college Cryptography and Coding clubs.

Preparing Students for University Success and Beyond

To help students achieve university success and prepare for a competitive profession, CATS Colleges offers a range of additional opportunities through its Key Professions Programme.

This programme includes one-to-one university application support (personal statement assistance, interview practice and entrance exam preparation), seminars from leading academics and professionals, educational trips and opportunities to enter global academic development competitions and challenges. Students can also choose from a variety of activities to prepare for Oxbridge or subjects such as of Medicine, Law, Architecture and Business.
