Designed to give international students an insight into British education and culture. Students follow individualised study programmes to improve their language and follow a range of subjects which offer credit for their studies in their home country.

Subject Options

September or January start, 1 or 2 terms available. Please note January start subjects may be limited. Students will need to confirm the subjects available on application.

Under 16 years
on 1st September of academic year

Students follow the GCSE/Pre-programme pathway which includes Maths, English and science subjects

16 years or over
on the 1st September of academic year

Students will follow the A Levels pathway or University Foundation and should select the following number of subjects:

September start: 4 subjects, plus Academic English Module
January start: 3 subjects (4 subjects in Canterbury), plus Academic English Module

Please note: In the event that a student's English language level is lower than the entry requirement for A levels, the student may be placed in the Pre-programme pathway.
